For the 10th consecutive year, the Muskego-Norway School District has been recognized by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel as a Top Workplace. This year, we ranked in the Top 5 among large organizations. But the honors didn’t stop there, our district was also presented with a special category award for Values. Out of every organization recognized this year, MNS ranked #1 for the statement: "This company operates by strong values." This recognition is meaningful because it isn’t decided by a committee or an application, it is based entirely on staff feedback. As #1Warrior, this achievement reflects the true strength of our culture. It shows that we remain united in our mission, supportive of one another, and unwavering in our commitment to our students and the community. 

An organization is only as strong as the people within it and we are incredibly grateful for all of our staff at MNS. Across the district, they are are the ones who shape our future every day and make this district the very best place to work and learn. We are incredibly grateful for their dedication,  passion, and voice. We are honored to be recognized as a Top Workplace once again.
